I came to New York for a short getaway from the day to day. I wasn't sure what to expect but a friend of mine recommended the hotel so I decided to give it a shot. When I walked in I was impressed with the living wall. It was kind of cool to see all that green in the middle of midtown Manhattan. I also loved the friendliness of the team there. They all seemed really happy to work there. I got into the main lobby area past reception and was not expecting such a large space. I went to the room and found it to be really comfortable. Lots of places to charge my devices. I also loved the mood lighting. I was late coming back to the hotel on the day of check out and front desk didn't make a big deal at all they actually gave me an extra thirty minutes to pack up. I will be back for sure.…
I came to the even hotel times square south and was so worried I'd have to wait for the guaranteed check in time. My job booked me in on a red eye and I was so tired. I arrived at 4AM dreading the day but Viada told me not to worry she could get me in right away. I asked her for a wake up call because I had an early meeting and when I didn't hear the phone ring she actually went up and knocked on my door! I could not believe the level of care. I made it to my meeting on time and then had the afternoon free. James had some great recommendations for lunch in the area. The room was so cozy I was actually able to sleep. Not to mention the mattress was a dream. I will be coming back whenever I come to NYC.
I'm glad to make this my first review! EVEN HOTELS is awesome , I booked my stay via Hotel Tonight now know what I was getting myself into but I am glad I did. Checked in late with Sue who is very friendly and accommodating gave my buddy and I a room with two beds, so Thank you!! Yes the area is not the greatest but it NYC. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time we travel to NYC.
One of the best budget hotels I’ve ever stayed in in NYC. Amazing, friendly, and highly responsive staff. The room is perfectly appointed, clean, and quiet. It is not a luxury hotel so you won’t get plush towels or anything, but for the price, it is far far far better than others.
Had a great stay here last weekend. Friendly, welcoming staff. Convenient location for walking to Times Square/Theater District. Subway access, Macy’s and Penn Station are within a couple blocks. Clean room, comfortable bed, great water pressure. I would stay here again.
We’ve had dinner last week. Food and service was great but the warm and sincere welcome of the hotel manager made our experience unforgettable. When we’ve just got at the lobby, a man approached us and introduce himself as Nico. He asked the purpose of our visit and offered if we’re interested to book a room as well. When we refused, he handed us his contact details for future visit. He was so attentive and engaged. The warmth service we’ve felt as first time guests is a top notch! Looking forward to our next visit!
Flew in town to meet friends and attend a wedding. The location was perfect for our trip but the service was the reason for us to keep coming back to this hotel! They remembered us from our last couple of stays and would greet us every time we came in and left the property.
This review is long overdue. We stayed at this hotel for to watch the Macys Thanksgiving Parade. My daughter enjoyed the room with the ping pong table. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in giving us directions and also assisted us in booking a car to the airport. The hotel is close to places we wanted to see; the Hudson Yards, the huge Macys, and Koreatown. The subway station is also just at the corner of the hotel. I booked the room with breakfast package. The food is great and our server is very friendly too. They suggested to try Burgerology restaurant one night and it’s the best burger I ever tried! I will be recommending this hotel to all my family visiting New York City.
Early check in saved me!! I was so grateful to be able to come off of a red eye and get some shut eye before my meetings. Vais a was a dream for her kindness and was surprised to get a corner room that early. Beds were a dream and I actually felt rested. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Check out was great with James. I was running behind but they didn’t even charge me!!! Can’t wait to come back there for the clean and comfy home away from home
Planned a last minute trip to watch a concert at Madison Square Garden and saw this hotel online. The best choice I made! The location is so convenient! We also enjoyed a drink at the bar before heading to the show. The room that we got was on the high floor and was very quiet. All the staff is very friendly especially Niko at the front desk. I will definitely be staying at the hotel again!
