Visited this summer with family for a five night stay. Central location close to Times Square (20 mins walk) and Empire State ( 10 min walk) Great rooms with city view. A couple of points: One arrival we were asked for a $40 per night supplement for each room (facilities charge) challenged and charge was wavered 🤙 Also the room we were allocated was not a city view (as paid for) again this was sorted with no problem for the next day🤙 Big shout out for Kit on reception who ensured all issues were sorted without exceptional, top man🤙

This hotel is at the heart of Manhattan ideally situated between Times Square and Lower Manhattan. It is cozy but, feels upscale and is very well appointed. Great value for money too. The Rose Garden with it's umbrella roof is a cool touch.

The hotel was super clean and very new looking Leslie, Jestin, and Kit were outstanding, any questions we had they were quick to help and made sure we knew our way around with cool tips for traveling around NYC. The location of the hotel is great, you could see the Empire state building from the 17th floor. Clean, big breakfast but a bit expensive (like everything in New York especially if you come from Italy). But the best thing is its wonderful staff, especially the very kind Jestin and Leslie who had so much patience with our very bad English 💚

Amazing hotel experience and stay! The location is close enough in walking radius to the subway stations and just a 20 min walk to Times Square! We loved how clean and neat our space was. The ambience was perfect—we went on a weekend, so they would usually have live music in the lobby next to the restaurant when we’d come back after exploring the city. The common areas are not overwhelming and packed like other places we’ve stayed. The front desk workers were always so accommodating and helpful. Robert was so great with assisting us when we needed help. This place is such a good find that you’d want to gatekeep, but it’s also that good to rave about 😮💨 I will definitely be returning this fall again!

I've just returned from 10 days in New York. The INNSIDE Nomad on W27th Street is THE perfect hotel to choose. The staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. Great help from reception staff about conquering the subway. For two women travelling together from Australia the Nomad was Safe, So Clean and was Super quiet The restaurant was fantastic and served us on our arrival after cancelled flights etc. I would love to stay again.

So, my husband and I decided to take a trip to NYC last minute! We searched and searched for a good hotel that’s in a nice area, close to restaurants/activities, and where the rooms were nice. We came across the Innside By Melia hotel. We looked at some of the guest pictures and read some reviews and ultimately decided to book this hotel. We were nervous because we’ve stayed at other boutique hotels that were too small in NYC and had horrible customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed!!! From the decor to the customer service experience with the front desk (Christina, Destiny, Keanui, and others that worked the weekend of May 26 - 30th), to the room being cleaned, to the accommodations, and even the restaurant! It’s such a cute, grown and sexy vibe! The decor and rooms were really nice and the space was used well - NY has small hotel rooms, but they were designed nice and well thought out. When we checked out we decided to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant “The Wilson” and the staff was so accommodating. We told them we were in a hurry and the manager at the restaurant Isaac made sure we had our food and that we received excellent service!! Way to go Innside By Melia, my husband and I will definitely be staying here again!!!…

Everyone who works here was super helpful and welcoming, especially Kima and Kit. The room was spacious (for nyc) and we were comfortable! We managed to fit our family of 7 in one double room! I love that everyone in your party gets a bottle of water at check in.
