Two Stars because the person who did the check in was nice, went out for a special occasion and when I came back only received bad service during my short stay. But everything started with the Reservations phone line I called a Hilton hotel that was closer to where I wanted to stay requesting a room with a Jacuzzi for...

I love this place tucked in Tudor city conveniently located. The staff is very accommodating and everything is clean and comfortable. The best price in town. I stay here every time I visit NY my home away from home.

I'd give this hotel 2.5 stars actually. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower was hot. That's the biggest positive I can give. Very small room, 2 windows with a view of a brick wall, thermostat didn't work well, remote to TV didn't work (front desk replaced it). We looked at it as a place to sleep and take a...

the worst Hilton Hotel I have ever seen. Extremely small rooms even "after upgrade" by the receptionist, view from the window on .... the wall of the other building, poor choice for breakfast, dining room with the "tropical" temperature, carpets everywhere looks dirty

Great convenient location but this hotel definitely doesn't live up to the usual Hilton standards, even for Hilton's budget hotels. Sheets were stained and had holes in them, carpet and furniture had a layer of dust on top, and the bathroom had a strong mildew odor. The rooms are very small and come with a very large air filter that...

Rooms are in serious need of a remake. Also had a moldy smell. Everything was old and you can hear everything outside. Staff during breakfast wouldn't even ask the chef if there were gluten free options. Worst place I've stayed in a long time. For a Hilton brand hotel you'd expect better.

Ants. All around, under, and on the table in the sitting area, as well as on the couch. We checked in at night and kept the light low as we were eating in that space, unaware. In the morning, imagine our horror. After alerting the front desk, we sat watching ants troop around with crumbs for 15m. No one came...

Stayed 1 night on a business trip, coming in with a major jet lag. Went straight to bed to find out the mattress was so used that it felt like there was a hole in the middle. Woke up every hour or so due to a loud metallic noise from the air conditioning, sounding like someone slamming a door next...

Great value and location for NYC. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Manhattan for business or pleasure. It is a clean, friendly hotel. The senses machine in the rooms are a fantastic addition and totally worth the money.

Worst Hilton in country - Review by Hilton Diamond Member - no lobby bar or restaurant! Quality choice of Saltines, Oreos, & Nutter Butter for desert (see pics if you don't believe me). Go to any other Hilton in area or be extremely disappointed! Hilton Brooklyn - beautiful and great restaurant, Hilton Garden Inn Midtown and Tribeca both great! This...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
