My Husband and I visited NY for the first time in May 2017 and The Skyline Hotel was the perfect hotel for us. LOCATION: The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to Times Square, and less than ten minutes to the closest subway. In the surrounding streets there are numerous bars, deli's and restaurants. The Westfield Marketplace Deli (corner...

The Skyline had exceeded my expectations when visiting a couple of years ago. Last week I returned and the staff was again quite welcoming; and as before I appreciated a comfortable and very shipshape room.

Fantastic location 10 minute walk from Times Square. Rooms for New York are a decent size. In Hell's Kitchen so plenty of restaurants to choose from. Click se to the sky line walk which gives you a totally different view of NYC. Staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. Would have no hesitation in staying here again when next...

Booked this hotel last minute, 4 days before travelling, and got a great deal! We decided to get the Subway from JFK and it wasn't too much of a walk from the station to the hotel. Great location, a few blocks away from times square, can easily walk there in 10-15 minutes. This is quite nice as its just far...

Dont be put off by the external apperance of this Hotel, its not like your typical image of a Manhattan highrise luxury Hotel frequented by the rich and famous, however it is clean with very large comfortable beds exactly what you need after a days hike around Manhattan! The Staff were very friendly and only too happy to be of...

Great skyline view from our room which (as requested) was as quiet as it could be given the city location. Comfortable bed, crisp linens, clean and tidy. Hotel staff perfectly friendly and helpful. Room service food menu limited, but fine. Service from restaurant adjacent to hotel was prompt.

The hotel has been recently remodeled and looks great. By New York standards we had a very large room. The staff did an excellent job. The hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance to Times Sq and Central Park.

I recently spent 5 days/nights at The Skyline hotel and I must admit I was very very pleased with my stay. The staff are very friendly and are always happy to help with any queries, questions, concerns or complaints you may have. I stayed in room 401 which backed onto the lift shaft, a little noise when the lift was...

Stayed at Skyline hotel for 5 nights stayed in room 401 which is near the left/elevator so can be noisy. Safe in room, limited TV channels, small fridge, no tea/coffee facility in room, hairdryer, free WIFI I. Lobby area. Rooms compact, clean, hot water plenty, shower was good. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
