Rooms OK but make sure you get one that is renovated. No coffee on location. Forget room service. Ensure you have a view of something besides a trash bin and ladders with in a sea of garbage. For the price, undervalued.

Two of us spent 7 nights in this hotel. It's located in Tribeca, nice and safe part of town, with a lot of restaurants and cafes. My room was double, two queen bed, spacious and bright. Bathroom is very interesting, with map on the titles. Hotel is very clean, staff friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for people who...

Had an amazing stay at the Comopolitian TriBeCa. Very warm and welcoming staff. Our room was gorgeous! Perfect location in the city, loved the shower and it was super quiet for being in New York. Thanks for an amazing stay! We will be back soon!

we spent the night for one of my friends birthday, we had a great room! It was clean and brand new and big enough for three girls. Everyone was really accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Myself and three friends stayed at this hotel over New Years Eve for two nights last year as we were attending a party within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are extremely small- we had two double beds and it was very difficult for four people to get ready for a night out with such limited space. However, I...

We loved our stay. It was the perfect location for our needs. near subway and walking distance to most of our planned activities. The room was newly renovated and while small, it was very efficient. Wifi worked well.

I loved my stay here--perfect location near the subway, Starbucks, and many awesome restaurants. Staff was super friendly. I especially loved the turndown service and nightly chocolates. Room was well-designed, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a bit expensive for what we got. Wifi was just ok. When we got there we were welcomed by a very nice bellboy. The receptionists were not very nice and when we asked something they told us to use the computers. The location was perfect. A lot of different subway lines can be found around the hotel -...

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
