Great location whilst being quiet. Rooms could be a bit bigger with better lighting. Overall it was a very good hotel and I would definitely stay again. We were close to Times Square and very close to the theatre's. A very central hotel for access to everything.

Our second stay at The Iroquois affirmed our choice in hotel. Attentive, friendly, welcoming, staff. Comfortably furnished, spacious room and bathroom ( even instant hot water ). Excellent location for access to theatres, Fifth Avenue, restaurants, and other midtown sites. Quiet respite although close to Times Square. Most helpful concierge'. Halls, lobby, public areas maintained in excellent condition. Great lounge...

Our room overlooked 44th street and suffered from the noise of horns and sirens from early morning till late. Room itself was clean and well-serviced. Perhaps a little small for the high price tag. Breakfast only available as room service. Excellent concierge service.

After staying in one of the much larger (and slightly manic) hotels during our last visit to New York we decided to go for a smaller boutique hotel this time around. The location is perfect – just two blocks from Times Square and approximately 20 minutes’ walk from Central Park. We booked a superior room with a queen bed. We...

This was a lovely hotel with an interesting past. My room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which is great after a day on your feet. All of the staff were very helpful and full of ideas for things to do and places to eat. The only thing is we thought our room was too warm, even with...

This was my second time visiting the Iroquois. On both occasions I received excellent service. The staff was both friendly and helpful at all times. Great location, within walking distance to most of the attractions. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be using it again if I ever return to Manhattan.

Hotel was great, location was very central. All the staff were very helpful I found lanterns keep (the bar) a bit dingy and also if you wanted anything except a cocktail it proved difficult, the only drink I could have was an orange juice.

We had an outstanding family trip to NYC. The Iroquois Hotel was amazing. We will definitely stay here next time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and confortable. I suggest a room on a high floor to help with the road noise.

A beautiful convenient boutique hotel! Situated two blocks away from Time Square with diners, broad way theatres, shops and bus stops for hop on hop offs. Iroquois has the most amazing concierge who was most warm and friendly. The staff are polite and courteous.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
