This would be an acceptable mid-range hotel, but it doesn't meet the standards of a Grand Hyatt. The rooms are terrible for business travelers: no desk, no comfortable place to sit (just a chair), no coffee maker, and no curtains (just blinds, meaning you can...More
My most recent stay at the Grand Hyatt was another totally enjoyable experience. Great staff and the late check out is a wonderful benefit of being in the loyalty program. You can find discount rates on weekend stays that make this a great option.More

Greetings Joe M,
It is always a treat to welcome familiar faces back through our doors, and it was a joy to host you again. We are so happy that your stay, once again, was a delight and we thank you for your strong recommendation....More
Fantastic location for families. Walking distance to Times Square. Convenient to Grand Central Train and Metro Station. Food court in Grand Central very convenient. CVS Pharmacy very close by to buy drinks and cereals for the children. Will stay here again!
We go to New York City several times a year and after years of trying different hotels which, with only one exception, varied from good to great, we have settled on this hotel. It is the only hotel which has an entrance hallway directly in...More
The lobby is very nice and the front desk staff is very welcoming. Room is very simple but comfortable. The rooms are clean and you get free wifi. The bathrooms are small. The location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and landmarks.

Thank you for joining us, and for sharing such a lovely review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your time with us while in NYC and that we have the pleasure of your return again soon.
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Unless the price is less than 20 different I don’t think the Club is really work it. You get breakfast and some evening snacks but it is pretty much always crowded and decidedly meh (along with the rest of the exceptionally underwhelming hotel). You are in NYC. Go out and enjoy the town. A short stroll to Bryant Park and the Xmas markets would be significantly more enjoyable than any time in the Club.
