Nothing like be at home on the exciting bright lite Times Square. Real worth saving up to experience this feeling of being in the center of where it is happening!!! Also, great access to the TKTS Booth and the attentive concierge got us access to the very front of the line.

But the hotel was in fact very average. Did not even think that this was quite up to Marriott standards. No frills but seems to be a clean room. Gave it a very good not for the hotel but for the location which is Broadway baby!!

I was lucky enough to stay here on a work trip, so I didn't have to personally pay the hideously expensive room rate. NYC - you make London prices look like a weekend at a B&B in Blackpool! But I loved this hotel, the location was great, and the bar was an experience in itself. It has the most amazing...

Stayed here one night, Sunday, May 26th. Location is perfect for a Broadway show. Thought the hotel was rather average. There was a stench in the upstairs lobby on Monday morning that was just awful. Their breakfast for platinum members was good, although there was no newspaper of any kind on Monday morning.

It does not get better for ease of getting around without the taxis. You need to walk okay, but not too far usually and you can walk back at night with no problem. This would not be my choice if we were here for museums, shopping, a special occasion, etc., but for the theatre it is our first choice. To...

You wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when visiting NYC. Fantastic hotel in great location. Central to everything. The rooms are big and luxurious and we didn't have any problems with street noise. We ate out all the time so can't comment on the food. Good drinks menu although a bit pricey but worth every penny because of the view...

Location location location! Quick taxi ride from Penn Station. Right in the heart of Times Square. Grey Line bus tour right outside the front door. R Lounge has a great view of the street. Close to theaters and great restaurants. Would stay again.

We spent a Saturday night here in early May and enjoyed our stay. I booked the room bidding on Priceline a got a good deal. The location is perfect in Times Square. Valet parking was efficient and quick to respond. Our room was good size for NYC, clean and comfortable. When getting home I realized I had left a shirt...

We stayed at this hotel Memorial Day weekend. This hotel is in the center of Time Square Located in the theatre district. we chose this hotel because of its location and because we were in NY to see the broadway play Motown and I will say it was great. It was raining and the hotel was within two blocks of...

We stayed at this hotel May 21 to 25. This hotel is wonderful - great central location in the heart of Times Square. Walking distance to most theatres, a much longer walk to Central Park and the museums if you are up to it. Or use the subway, it's cheap and easy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly....

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
