I really like the suite. Thank you Andrew for the upgrade. There were two bathrooms which were perfect for three people. The hotel is 3 mins away from Penn Station. It's very easy to travel anywhere in NYC by subway. The staff were very helpful. I called maintenance to check the AC in the living room when it stopped working....

Great location but can be noisy. You'll need to request room in the back of the hotel. I booked a king room and got upgraded to a suite. Nice receptionist! Large suite with 2 bathrooms and huge living room. Convenient nice bar & restaurant at ground floor called Niles. Priced at $299.00 with $84.00 of various taxes.

Couldn't ask for more - Andrew on the front desk had everything sorted. Hotels rarely look like their photos online but you can trust the Stewart and their staff. We stayed for 3 nights, wished it could have been longer. hope to see you all again!

Booked through our travel agent, found the hotel to be central to all we needed. William at the desk went out of his way to ensure we had the right room for us and room service was exceptional. Beata our room service lady was brilliant. Highly recommend this place for value and location.

My son recently stayed at the Stewart Hotel whilst on a school trip to NY from Bahamas. In true teenage fashion he managed to leave some important documents in his room when he checked out to fly home. Mr Earl Charles in Guest Services at the hotel was most efficient in locating amd securing these documents and getting them sent...

OK. Diesel at the front desk: completely awesome. Rest of the staff: completely awesome. My room was fresh and inviting. I normally don't give hotels in near Penn Station in NYC a try but for the Stewart I'll make an exception going forward

We returned to England today having enjoyed a brilliant stay at the Stewart Hotel - we stayed four nights, mother and daughter celebrating daughter's 21st Birthday. We had a much bigger room than expected - in fact we had a suite - which was a real bonus. Our suite was fab too - kitchen, good-sized sitting room, bedroom with en...

Stayed in the city with my girlfriend and had such a wonderful time thanks to the amazing service, friendly staff and awesome location of the Stewart Hotel. Curtis and Andrew were great! Super helpful and patient. Splurge for the apartment style suites; certainly worth it! I look forward to coming back to stay over the summer.

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Home to hundreds of art galleries, beautiful brownstones, and one of New York’s newest and most popular attractions, Chelsea is one of the city’s jewels when it comes to neighbourhood life. The contemporary art scene is an integral part of the neighbourhood’s identity, with gallery openings almost every night of the week and countless exhibits to explore. As a longtime hub of gay culture in New York City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighbourhood new life as a tourist destination. The High Line provides visitors with a tranquil, elevated space with incomparable views, providing an unparalleled way to experience the city.
