Dear Jamie B, Thank you for the flattering review. I am so glad we were able to upgrade you to a better room and that you enjoyed the terrace. The terrace rooms and suites have wonderful views of the Hudson River, Manhattan Skyline, and some even have unobstructed views of Freedom Tower! It is good to hear your stay was...

Stayed at the hotel during the N.Y. heatwave. The staff are very welcoming and professional and the Reception and "public" facilities are good. However, the hotel appears to need money spent on fixtures and fittings in the rooms. Lights above lifts had been removed and not replaced (simply a "hole" where the light used to be); the room furniture was...

We stayed for seven nights in July. The double room with two double beds was so small that you hit your head on the flat screen TV on the wall as you squeezed past the bed. On request, we were given a bigger room which was very comfortable. We had problems with the TV which took days to fix after...

This is an excellent hotel! Great location, and courteous and friendly staff. The bed and pillows really comfortable. We did not want to get up in the morning! The bathroom was small, like those in the Cruises but you will be able to handle it as we did. We will definitely come back to this hotel in a near future.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, just a few blocks from Macys and Times Square. The hotel has had a massive refurb in the last year and has gone from traditional new york decor to a very modern and contemporary feel. Nicely decorated but the standard rooms which were originally studios with a kitchenette, have been made...

Felt safe. The rooms are very clean. We had a bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms! Carpet in hallways smells and should be cleaned or updated. More than I expected. Very well situated. A nice second home. Will definitely come back.
