My husband and I stayed 6 nights at The Belvedere and I can't begin to say enough nice things about this hotel. This was my second stay here, as my mother and I stayed here in 2010. Our room was spotless and this is saying a lot coming from me. I have complained of cleanliness in 5 star hotels. The...

We've stayed in a lot of NY hotels over the years and after a while they all seem the same. But The Belvedere stands out for a couple of reasons: Perfect location if you're going to the city to see a show because it's in the theatre district but on a quiet street. It's super easy to drive to-- right...

We stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend in May 2017 celebrating my daughters 30th d birthday. We had 2 rooms across from each other. We were on the 12th floor and had a wonderful city view. The hotel is in walking distance to including Time Square, 5th Avenue, and Central Park. The rooms are nice size with comfortable...

The Belvedere staff were great and helped when needed. The bed was comfortable but the room a little dated and worn. Shower and bathroom good. The air conditioner was very noisy and I don't think we would be able to have slept with it on. The room had a coffee machine fridge and microwave, the only problem there were no...

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect - absolutely faultless! The room was extremely comfortable and spacious - we took a Superior Double Double - a refurbished room. It didn't disappoint. Front desk were extremely helpful and when we asked for something, it was brought to our room within minutes! Wow! Would highly recommend.

This was our second stay here and it was as great as the first. It's just far enough from Times Square to be away from the craziness, but a short walk to get there, If you're a fan of Broadway, you are only a block or two away from most of the theaters, and if you are a fan of...

My partner and i stayed here in April 2017 for 4 nights. The hotel has a great location and is right in the height of nyc. The rooms were cleaned daily. We had free wifi on our booking which was good. Only downside was the fire engine station over the road - you could hear sirens all night, but this...

Nice hotel I would class it as a nothing higher than *** stars, the rooms are very dated the lifts are awful, couldn't even get into the bar during the day. Why oh why do hotels not put a kettle into your rooms anymore being English 6-7 cups of tea a day is normal I don't want a la di...

This hotel is in a good location, being only 5 minute walk to Times Square and close to the Grayline hop on hop off bus stops which was handy for us. Check in was swift and good and the lady on reception noticed it was my birthday from my ID and we were telling her we were on our honeymoon,...

I stayed at The Belvedere one night for a business meeting. Great location in the theater district. My room on the top floor was a little small, but very nicely furnished. Great use of space. Bed was very comfortable. Price was very fair compared to other choices I had. The staff I had contact with were very helpful and friendly....

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
