I spent christmas in New York with my family and our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean and the bathroom was clean and modern. Comfiest bed I have ever stayed in.
Yes, it might be a little old, but this hotel has so much charm. I loved the bathroom and the location. I traveled with my family and it worked out great . The ballrooms are amazing and the lobby makes you feel fancy.
It's historical and old. The room is spacious though, but the windows are small and the building is blocked by others so it was a bit dark in the room. Convenient location for tourists as double deckers stop right in front of the hotel.

You need to stop putting the Waldorf up. It is closed until 2020. It is undergoing major refurbishment. The lower level will still be the hotel, while the upper floors are being turned into apartments.
