A good hotel that is cheap. The room was nothing special - dated furniture and bedding. The pool looked great but it was too cold for us to swim.
It is in a great location, Hells Kitchen, with some great bars and restaurants close by....More
The hotel staff was very friendly, nice, and efficient. Check in was seamless and the room was fine. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable considering the hotel’s proximity to the bus station, Times Square, and the cruise...More
This hotel is decent enough. Seems to be independently owned and staff was friendly. Rooms were large for NYC, clean, but a little worn/dated. Room had tv, fridge, microwave, and coffee. Usual bath amenities. Their system is either heat or ac on for entire building...More
Best things about this are the price and location. Quick walk from Port Authority Bus Terminal. The 42nd St location made it very easy to head straight into Times Square, Broadway plays and all the NYC excitement. The room was fine enough-big enough, clean enough-for...More
Location and parking were the big sell for me in picking this hotel and it didn't disappoint; hassle free parking and great location just a few hundred meters from Time Square. The hotel itself was a bit dilapidated but fine for a couple nights as...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We don't have any homeless people staying in the hotel. We have two buildings. One of these buildings is housing single women with children while they await there permanent housing apartments provided by the city. These individuals are not homeless, they are simply in transition from one apartment to another. All of our guests are occupying rooms located adjacent to this building. If you are still uncomfortable with this, please feel free to contact property directly or your booking agent to modify your reservation. We will be happy to refund anything you have paid. We hope you will choose to stay with us in the fall.
