Desk clerk, doorman, housekeeping all cordial and efficient. Very comfortable room. Outstanding value and ideal location in Manhattan. Good restaurants nearby especially if you are interested in Korean food. The different types of coffee in the lobby is very convenient. We'll be back again soon.More

Dear cgbt10,
Thank you for your question. In the past we charged a $20.00 facility fee which included Wi-Fi, luggage storage, use of the fitness and business centers, and our lobby beverage service.
As of Sunday, 1 April 2018 the facility fee is now the Residence Fee, it is $35.00 (plus tax) and includes • Deluxe Continental Breakfast for 2
• Unlimited premium high-speed wireless Internet access for all devices
• 24-hour access to our Fitness Center
• Unlimited access to 7000 Digital Newspapers and Magazines – PressReader
• Unlimited use of our Business Center, including printing, scanning and fax services
• 24-hour access to Coffee Specialty Beverages in our Library
• Unlimited local and long distance phone calls
• Complimentary storage for one package prior to arrival
The Residence Fee is only for reservations which were booked on 1 April 2018. As far as the continental buffet breakfast is concerned - the fee only covers two persons.
Any reservations booked prior to this date will be charged the $20.00 facility fee and it does not include the continental buffet breakfast.
