Very tight room in space, but clean and comfortable. Great staff, coffee all day and breakfast was good. Convenient for our purposes and very quiet street (for the city). On street parking hard to find, but a garage is around the corner.

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is one block an a half from the subway station and one block from Central park. The room was small but enough for our needs, since we spent most of the day enjoying the city. The room rates were reasonable, considering that it is New York City.

This hotel and it's staff are horrendous. If u can, I would stay anywhere else before chosing this hotel. The staff are combative, the amenities are not there are poorly functioning. There are many other locations to select from, especially considering the price point. I feel like I'm an around about way, my stay was a form of theft.

Parking wasn’t too bad seems like you can always find parking on the block but you have to pay attention to the parking rules posted by the city it’s very convenient as far as Proxima city tour great shopping and a short walk to Central Park

The hotel is located in a very good location, the hotel needs to install more lifts as the hotel has 15 floors and only one lift is available. It will be nice to provide breakfast for the customers and reduce the deposit amount. If it is possible the hotel can have a data bank on the tour programs available in new york

Worst hotel I have stayed it. Dirty carpets and elevator, small rooms, elevator takes forever, personnel not friendly and not helpful to solve your issues, noisy, very warm during the night unless the 3rd guest is freezing in front of thr AC (bad room distribution, not as nice as in the pictures online). The only good thing is the breakfast.

Would definitely stay there again! Great price and location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast especially for the price. The location was great! For Manhattan, you cannot beat the location. Subway was close. Central Park very close.

The only positive things is the location close to Central Park and the several metro connections all around. The hotel is generally quite dirty, old fashioned, rooms incredibly small and not suitable… not to be chosen
