Great hotel, centrally located. Great food in the restaurant and the 7th floor pool/bar area is awesome. It has a pizza oven and live music. The rooms appear to have been recently updated and were very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff is awesome and friendly. The room is average but the bathroom is very clean. Breakfast was good but dinner is terrible; go somewhere else for dinner. Great location for museums (walking distance). Overall I’ve stayed at better Double Trees.

I'm not aware of one. They usually inform me of one when checking in but did not this time. Additionally, I was incredibly busy w/work while there and it didn't even cross my mind. Sorry I can't be of more help.
