Good experience with a refurbished facility and warm welcoming staff. All employees encounterd were helpful and accomadating. As a customer for over twenty years I anticipate being a customer for the next twenty.

I booked a guaranteed reservation -- I paid in full for 3 nights. My kids were traveling and did not get there until the second day. Even though I was charge in full, they gave away the room, and re-sold it.. Double dipping??

You have to request a refrigerator by calling the Ventura La Quinta. I requested one when I made the reservation thru the national reservation phone # and that does not guarantee that you'll get a fridge. Our room was clean and there were no bugs.
