I was worried after booking this place and reading the negative reviews but we had a wonderful time. Its very close to everything and Charlie even cooked us breakfast before we left. Very relaxing and quite! This is not a 5-star place but it is comfortable and Charlie is very sweet.

A place of Rejuvenation and Rest. A way to get away from the strains of the hustle and bustle of life. Charlie the Inn keeper is very knowledgable of the area and always accommodating of the guests needs. The breakfast is now more of a continental style which I think is nice in that you can go at your leisure...

I brought my son and his dog for a 3 night mom and son outing. We never staying in the finest lodgings but do expect that they be clean and at least somewhat similar to the pictures on their websites. We would have boarded the dog and stayed some place else in a heartbeat if we had known the truth....

The caretaker or innkeeper or manager, Charlie, is a very sweet older gentlemen. He had boiled eggs, apples, bananas, and pastries for breakfast, along with Soda's and even some beer. The best part of this hotel is it is right out outside of the Sulpher Springs Park, literally right across the street. A great place to sit in the stream...

Sulpher Springs Inn sounded charming, and Charlie had agreeded to give us a better room rate over the phone. We were in Sulphur for a funeral, so throw our bags in the cottage and spent the evening with our family. Getting in late we went to bed as it had been a long day of travel and a tiring evening....

Although it still says B & B, that is now a misnomer. There is no longer breakfast served at the community breakfast table in the mornings. This was one of the major charms of the B & B, sitting and talking with all the other guests. Instead it was a bowl of boiled eggs, little debbies and cherries on top...

Charlie is a great innkeeper. Relaxed and layers back. That's the cube you get from the place. Wonderful little cottages. The cottages are well taken care of for their age. Full bath, nice kitchenette, TV, wifi, and comfortable beds. I would recommend the cottage first. Then there is the bathhouse. We stayed in the room over the front door. Comfortable...

Me and my husband stayed the night in cottage #1 it was very cozy, lots of space. 2 couches and 2 beds with a kitchen (no stove or oven) but a electric skillet, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. For the price it was well worth it. We will definitely be back with our kid . The park entrance was right...

Pros: Charlie seems to be a nice guy. The surroundings are good. If you like lots of greenery, rural look and feel, you will like it. Chickasaw Recreation Area is close-by, just walking distance. There are around 10+ cats outside. They don't cause any problems, unless you don't like cats. They don't get inside the inn. There are some old...
