Bugs and smokers and a lumpy bed (we got a deluxe room). A breakfast right out of the Animal House movie. My wife commented that the last time the place was really cleaned was when it got historical status.

Have stayed here several times. Room remodeling adds additional ambiance without disturbing old time feel. Owners are nice couple and sociable with their guests.
Still have a little ways to go to perfection. Need towel upgrades and internet modernization but these are minor nuisance things.
