I’ve stayed at this hotel many times- the service is first rate, the facilities are fantastic, and the staff is very attentive. Executive King suite was spacious and had a great city view. Drinks at the bar were generous and well made, and breakfast at...More
The hotel is right next to the Reading terminal and City hall. China town is just 5 min walk. You expect a fairly busy lobby with many events at the convention center. The room is clean and large (very spacious). The swimming pool is small:...More
Great staff, clean with good amenities. Rooms well done although a tad smaller than expected. Disappointed that the concierge room was shut down both days I was there. At the top floors the wait for an elevator can be quite long when hotel is crowded.

There is valet parking at the hotel. It is probably expensive. By the way, since you are driving, you may want to go onto Google Earth ahead of time and look at the street view. When we drove there, we had some trouble navigating right near to the hotel to get to the entrance of the hotel. There were lots of one way streets and a few odd intersections. Familiarity ahead of time may make it easier for you to get there.
