This is a great location, right beside the Reading Market and within walking distance to the Liberty Bell, etc. The room was clean, nice size. We had a problem with our booking as we booked through a 3rd party and they sent the wrong details to the hotel, so we were originally given a room with just a king size...

Stayed here on the Fourth of July. The hotel seemed to have more guests than they knew what to do with. The valet lot was full, leaving us on our own to find parking in downtown Philadelphia. The hotel requested we checkout via a key drop box due to crowds, so we had little interaction with any staff at all....

Thank you for taking the time to comment about your stay and our great location. Sorry to hear that we were unable to provide you with parking as it is our intention to not turn anyone away and for the inconsiderate neighbors you had. The check-out request was an attempt to make the departure process quick and efficient for our...

We stayed at the Marriott for a conference and loved the location. Being right next to the Reading Market was convenient. We were also able to walk to all the historic sights. The bus tours leave from the corner outside the hotel, and we were right next to the subway which made getting to a Philly's game a breeze. The...

Good location, but... This place is tired, poorly kept, ugly and dirty! The restaurants & food are awful!!! The lobby and elevators are dirty. The housekeeping does a terrible job!! This hotel truly has no redeeming qualities.

Near everything, this hotel allows you to walk to the most important Philadelphia attractions and restaurants. The employees were always courteous and ready to assist you.The hotel is elegant and clean, however I had to wait everyday, quite awhile, for my room to be cleaned. I will certainly stay at this hotel during my next visit.

The rooms were a nice size and beds were really comfy. The location was perfect. It is connected to the convention center, walking distance to all of the historical sites, walking distance to great restaurants and pubs! The staff was also very helpful!

There for five nights for a conference at the start of June 2015. Room was comfortable, lift access to guest level floors were by card only. Some of the prices of hotel features were over the top ($2.50 to wash a pair of underpants) and the service from the wait-staff at the bar downstairs in the main lobby was poor....

I was here for a conference and was extremely pleased with this hotel. I did have to wait for quite awhile for my room to get ready, but with the amount of new check-ins, it was understandable. I just went right across the street to Reading Terminal Market to do some sightseeing until my room was ready. Once I arrived...

There was a nursing conference on when we visited but the hotel never felt full. Great location and good accommodation. Disappointed that the buffet breakfast wasn't always available but food was satisfactory. A short taxi ride from market street station so convenient for travellers.
