This hotel is in a great location and the price is more than competitive. The hotel is dated and worn. On the weekend the elevators had a 15 minute wait each way going up or down. However, the staff really made up for the inconveniences...Breakfast buffet was better than most. The bar / restaurant had a good choice of fare...

My husband, seven year old son, and I stayed one night here as part of the sleepover Philly package. Free parking was a great perk and we had club lounge access which was well worth it (wine and beer and snacks for happy hour and my son ate a dozen croissants for breakfast in the am). We are dinner in...

Stopped for one night after flying in from the UK, situated a 5-10 min walk from Suburban regional station in downtown (20 min train journey direct from airport for $8), checked in smoothly, polite and efficient staff. Good quality room as you would expect from Sheraton. Didn't use the bar or restaurant so cant comment other than you'll fond cheaper...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in March. The rooms were of decent size, could put 2 huge luggage space comfortably. However, the room looks really old and in serious need of refurbishment. The shower tap even came off while I was in the shower. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's not exactly near the main...

I stayed there two nights. Staff was very helpful. Room was a bit worn but clean. Internet isn't free unless you reach gold status with SPG. Overall I would stay there again, as it is nicely located and overall a decent place.

I have to tell you that as consultant I travel a lot. And have points in many of the other hotels. But specifically come to the Sheraton downtown Philadelphia because of Renita. She always takes care of the client. She takes the time to remember names and faces. And has a great caring and kind personality that makes one want...

Yes it's in a great location and the price is competitive. That being said the hotel is in serious need of a makeover. It's not dirty or broken, but it looks dated and worn. The worst thing is the elevators. There are only six, all in one location for this huge hotel and it was at least a 10 minute...

On March 15 my wife and I arrived at your hotel the day after a significant March snowfall. The weather was still very bad with snow flurries, wind gusts and temperatures in the teens. We were traveling from Florida and were ill prepared for the chill to the bone we experienced on our walk from Suburban Station to your hotel....

This Sheraton was fine.Rooms are OK, hotel staff is friendly and courteous, and the building is centrally located. It's what you'd expect for the low-ish price they are charging. However, I had two problems that merit bringing up. The first is more general, but they need to do something about the lines. There was a 20 minute line to check...

All the staff who we encountered at the front desk, concierge, and restaurant were great. However, the actual hotel is one of the worst Sheratons I've stayed at around the world. On several occasions there were lines of 50+ people for the elevators, the building itself is quite old and retains a very old feeling in rooms and halls, including...
