Checked in on Thursday May 17th and checked out on Saturday May 19th. James at the front desk was absolutely amazing making sure my crew and I were checked in efficiently and into rooms with perfect bed arrangements for what we needed. Kudos to him...More
I have stayed at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel multiple times, but I recently had the best service I could ever imagine!
While I was on this trip, I needed help finding a very rare gift for a friend. I went to the Concierge Desk...More

We are absolutely thrill that you had the opportunity to engage and be supported by our wonderful Mary. We will be sure to celebrate everything she does!
This hotel is literally just fine. Basic hotel with few amenities. The rooms seem tired, and hallways have a strange odor. We were upgraded to a room with lounge access, however the lounge has very limited food. Check-in and reception staff got the job done...More

Thank you for the feedback from your experience; we certainly would always love to hear how engaging the experience with our team and property were but will keep working the effort on refreshing our hotel to make it wonderful for our guests.
Unfortunately this hotel has seen better days. Check in lines were always long during my 2 day stay. Food in the outlets was mediocre.

You need to 100% go to the Reading Terminal Market! It is a short walk from the Sheraton. It's the shape of an indoor football field full of these 10x10 size restaurants. The Amish Restaurants are the best, but many of them are closed on Sundays and Mondays. The market starts to close down at 5 pm, so go there for breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend The Dutch Eating Place, which serves huge delicious pancakes! The donuts at Beiler's Donuts are great too!
