We attended a family wedding. Although the hotel was busy, there were no intrusions, staff were efficient and cheerful, rooms are nice well appointed, liked the fridge, and safe, beds are amazingly comfortable. Urban Farmer was GREAT

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Very quiet room with upscale amenities. One of the best hotel gyms I've seen with plenty of cardio, free weights and other equipment. The Urban Farmer is an awesome restaurant with fresh food and good service. The Commons is the lobby bar with plenty of whiskey and beer options. Highly recommend for business or pleasure travel.

Everything was favorable. The concierge & valet were remarkably helpful and kind, especially Jaired. Our only down spot was the bed. It was much too soft for our older bodies. A firm mattress rates better in our book for those over 50 years of age.

Very centrally located in the city, therefore an easy cab or walk to most attractions. Beautifully decorated and vary clean. The pool is small, but fun. The gym seems newly updated. We had an incredible suite - that was very comfortable for a family of four. All-in-all a great stay. Wish we had had time to try the restaurant downstairs,...

An outstanding experience! I recently elected the Logan Hotel to host a business forum for 100 attendees (Student/Corporate). I found the Front Desk staff to be very accommadating to my guest as well as my every need. (lodging adjustments, credits, etc.) The Sales, F/B, banquet teams and PSAV are the heart of this property! I can't say enough good remarks...

We just came back from a 5 night trip to Philly staying at this beautiful hotel. The biggest complaint is their lack of service...especially front desk! We got in around 12:30 am in the morning and waited nearly 20 minutes to get assistance. The attitude and the lack of getting back to me as a Diamond Level member was disappointing!

Overall great facility. Wonderful customer service. Located in a great part of town within easy distance walking, Uber etc. to facilities and local historic attractions. Food during business conference was appealing and delicious.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable; though a bit soft. I loved the location and the access to public transport. I brought one concern tot he managers attention and he took care of us right away. It was also a rainy weekend and they provided complimentary umbrellas's as any hotel of this caliber should.

This hotel is right on the Franklin Parkway, and our room had a great view of Logan Circle's fountain and grounds. The downside of our room was outside music coming from the hotel's restaurant. We had to call two of five nights and the music was turned off. Why not just turn off the outside music at ten or ten-thirty...
