Very well located at the center of the town. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and in general i had no problem with sleeping. Good service. Polite personel. The bathroom should be refernished. Pros: Location, Main room area (exluding bathroom), Common areas Cons: No breakfast buffet, Bathrooms could be better

I found this hotel on Travelzoo. For $139 per night, we had the room AND overnight parking. Overnight parking alone cost $40 if it was not included. The staff was superb! ..Our son loves history. This hotel is right om the heart of the historical district - next to the Quaker Meeting House and Ben Franklin's resting place. Breakfast not...

Stayed using a Travelzoo deal that included parking which was a huge savings ($35 per night). The hotel location was excellent with short walking distance to several historical sites. The room was clean, comfortable and had good complimentary WiFi. The Hotel had a restaurant and bar which we did not use. Plenty of restaurants nearby, Starbucks is a short block...

The best feature of this hotel was its location: Right in the heart of Philadelphia's Historic District. Perfect! The hotel had a nice, classy atmosphere. The bed was a bit hard and the pillow were enormous (which was bad for my neck; I need thin pillows). On-site parking was convenient, although there was no elevator anywhere near where I parked,...

We got a great deal on this hotel with parking included for $139. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet for sleeping. View from the room was not bad at all. My son was a little bummed that the pool was closed - but it is only April after-all. The location was perfect for what we needed - right...

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. My apologies for the issue with the hot/cold water. I only wish I knew what room you stayed in so that I could have our maintenance team look into it. Thanks again and we hope to see you back sometime soon. Regards,

Room was good but for the price I have had much better. Price of parking was absurd ($36.75 for 11 hours). Was told parking was $3.00 not $30.00. Location was good. Desserts at the restaurant in the facility were expensive and not special at all(previously frozen cheesecake). Overall value if I had to pay even the reduced rate would have...

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies for not meeting your expectations. I think you would find our parking charges very comparable to the other hotels in the city. In some cases we are less expensive. There are other options around the area it's just finding the one that works best for you. As for your...

My husband and I have been frequenting this hotel for years. Specifically, we enjoy cocktails in the bar lounge area. In the past couple months the service has diminished. Dear Leonard, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad your first visit to Philly was a memorable one. Unfortunately, we will have to wait another year for the Flyers to get to the playoffs. They made us all proud though. Thank you again. Regards,
