Stayed here for a work trip. Check in was easy, and the location of the hotel is great (i.e. close to sites, restaurants, and transportation). The hotel itself, however, is nice and clean but a little dated. Everything's in fine condition - just not modern or updated. I really think my grandmother would rate this highly for the very reasons...

Visited Philadelphia for a long holiday weekend. The Omni at Independence Park is in a great spot for visiting all the major sites. the room was spacious and the view was lovely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary morning coffee delivered to the room.

Important - for those of you worried about the new museum being built 2 blocks away causing noise or traffic issues (as we were) - NO PROBLEMS. We didn't hear any noise from it (8th fl) and had zero traffic problems due to the construction. I was surprised and relieved. This was our second stay at this property and it...

The hotel ended up being very convenient for our stay with twin sons. We were a bit concerned when we called ahead to confirm that there would be a refrigerator in the room for milk/bottles, but they told us they would probably be able to give us a fridge. They were able to, but in my parents room, it included...

Stayed on business for two nights last week. I'm in Philadelphia often and ordinarily stay at the Wyndham on fourth street. However, opted for the Omni since it was closer to the federal building and offered less walking for my colleagues. Overall it was a good experience, however, I've found in any urban area you get what you pay for....

Not sure of standards by other reviewers, however, the hotel needs work. Elevator needs a good cleaning. Website says room was recently renovated.. probably ten years ago. The room is tired and needs makeover- Bed lumpy - bathroom not clean - stains on shower curtain. Wifi service very poor. Bar was closed Saturday night. Retaurant closed Sunday morning. Concierge directions...

This hotel is in Phlladelphia's lovely and historic Independence Square, just a couple of doors down from the American Philosophical Society. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is always smiling and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. Altogether a pleasant experience.
