HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I never expected to have such a quality stay at a "budget" hotel. Whoever trains their staff deserves huge kudos, however they must hire the right people. Everyone that works there is nice, friendly, and seem to want to help. The valet parking guy welcomed me each time I walked in the hotel. My room was large and very clean....

Hotel is okay. Smaller rooms, so try for upgrade or purchase suite. Has outdoor patio which is great (and for you smokers). Bar serves drinks and food in lobby (next to patio). Breakfast is okay; but pretty good variety and it's included. Service is standard Hampton. Trying (actually) to make guests pleased with stay. Could do worse. Way overpriced during...

We arrived at the Hampton Inn Philadelphia City Center on May 11. I made reservations over 2 months ago. After driving for 10 hours, we were told at check-in that the power was getting turned off at 10:00 pm and would not be on until 5:00 a.m. Oh, but they did offer to put a glow stick in the room...

Great location for business travelers attending show at the Convention Center and for anyone wishing to explore museums and historical sites in Philadelphia. The breakfast area for hotel guests was adequately served in buffet style with nice variety including fresh fruit and friendly serving staff who paid attention to maintain sufficient quantity of food and drink.

Our experience at the Hotel was great. The beds were so comfortable and the Comp. Breakfast was so good. It was a pleasure to just get up, eat, attend to our agenda. The concierge was so helpful in getting a taxi for us. Now standing around waiting.

We stayed here one night and enjoyed our stay. The room feels good, is of a large size, two big beds, large bathroom with everything you need. No significant noise from neighbouring rooms: we slept good. Breakfast is free and more than we expected. The location is centrally with respect to the Museum of Art and to the historic center...

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly, professional and courteous. The men at the front door immediately asked if we needed help with our bags, but we declined. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Went to the bar for a drink, the bartender was also very friendly, but drinks were...

This hotel is not located in a good part of Philly by here is easy on /off freeway access, staff is friendly but the location is across from the convention center and close to center city and Reading terminal market which is the best part for food. Patriot parking is too expensive at $39/day so I suggest you go one...

I arrived a little early and the room was ready! There was very little parking to unload your luggage but the bellman was very helpful. The entire 3 day stay for business was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
