We stayed here for the Philadelphia Marathon. He pictures made it look like a cozy little B&B. Unfortunately it wasn't what we expected.

We stayed at the Burbridge street b&b for 2 days while apartment-hunting and the home is beautiful with a lot of interesting portraits and elegant decorations. The house is an old Victorian and very unique in its beauty; we'd never seen a home like that...More

My B&B house is about a ten minute walk to the local train station (the Tulpehocken Station of the Chestnut Hill West line), and only a 20 minute ride to the Amtrak trains at the main train station, 30th Street Station on the western edge of Center City. Trains run twice an hour during the extended rush hours at the beginning and end of the business day, then once an hour midday and in the evening. Sunday evening the train service is more limited, ending at 9:30pm, but the other 6 days, the trains run till midnight.
