Our third visit. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Stayed in Evening Star, LOVE that room. Its up several stories but worth every step. Our room was very clean, well stocked. Atmosphere is quiet, relaxing. We don't even consider staying anywhere else. ONCE AGAIN, please READ all info about how they run this B&B. You are not doted on like an...

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Dan & Barbara, your hosts, are warm, helpful and amazing people. You can have nice conversations with them, ask them for advice and anything else that makes your stay even more pleasurable. The BnB is so unique in its design and a great experience. The rooms are...

I'm glad I have a sense of humor and don't mind where I sleep as long as it is clean and has a/c. Everything else is an amenity. Given my easy to please nature this establishment met all my requirements. Then why the two round circle review? The room was in the attic of a three story row house. As...

NO JOKE INTENDED. Thank you for your sense of humor and complementing on our air conditioning and most of all the cleanness of the Philadelphia Bella Vista BNB. Our hard working housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate the compliment. Apparently this guest booked through a 2nd party site possibly Expedia, Booking, Price Line, Hotels, Travolicity, Trivago, Egencia, Orbitz, Hot Wire, or...

This was a unique place to stay. The building is older but was furnished with really unique furniture. The room we had had peeling paint and paper boarder on the wall. The bed was broken on the headboard with exposed nails. The pictures in the brochure are misleading. The room was straightened daily. The breakfast consisted of bread, cinnamon bread...

Me and a friend had booked a weekend (from Toronto!) over in Bella Vista over a standard hotel, hoping for an eclectic & interesting experience ... Turns out it's barely better than a hostel and costs 5x as much. There's no personal Breakfast experience (all continental), no personality at all (didn't see a single person while we were there), terrible...

We regret this guest did not enjoy their stay. We strongly encourage anyone using a second party reservation site such as: Expedia, Booking, Price Line, , Hotels, Travolicity, Trivago, Egencia, Orbitz, Hot Wire, Air Asia Go or any other site that is not the direct site of the hotel / BNB or INN you are reserving to first visit the...

If you want to stay somewhere unique and funky, not for your conventional traveler, this is the place. The only reason I don't give it a five is because I wouldn't recommend it to people who want a predictable luxury experience. But for me personally it was a 5. A huge room filled with Americana antiques and portraits attached to...

we stayed in the sunset room. It was terrible..Immediately after entering the room, I was struck by these cheap horrible decor. Looking up the ceiling, the cutoff ceiling tells you this room is half of an original room. It has a weird proportion, more like a tiny square room. The closely spaced wall paired with a high ceiling generates a...

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. When using a booking site like Expedia to reserve accommodations it is a safe practice to visit the web site of the hotel you are choosing and contact that establishment to inquire about the room you may be assigned before making a reservation . When hotels give rooms to Expedia there...

This is not your normal Bed and Breakfast experience. It is in the fact that you re staying in an old row house in a nice older neighborhood in Philly. It is not because it was very impersonal. No interaction with the owners, and no fancy B&B breakfast. Maybe this is a new trend in B&Bs and I don't know...

Pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment. The rooms included not only the bedroom, but a living room and small kitchen that was well stocked. There is no dining room as in many B&B's, but the kitchen is supplied with food for continental breakfast. We would return; ir gave us the ability to feel like we were in a home.

What a great little inn. We stayed 3 nights and the room was just lovely. Although not a true B&B they provide continental breakfast fare in your room. We had a full kitchen which was great for leftovers we brought back with us. The decor is so quaint and appropriate for the building. There was one thing that was unusual;...
