We went for our Family vacation for Christmas and New Years. We usually stay at any Embassy bc of their wonderful and delicious breakfast. Our kids love their food and us we love the Manager’s special in the afternoon after a long day having some cocktails is a must. The

Thank you for providing a review of your recent stay. I am truly sorry for the experience you had regarding the smell. This is absolutely unacceptable and not tolerated in the hotel. Any guest we catch smoking in our rooms is immediately evicted and charged a hefty fine so that we may deep clean the room. Authorities are also called if we suspect it is of illegal nature. I also apologize for the blackout. This was unfortunately out of control of the hotel, but I am very sorry that you had to experience it. On a positive note, I am pleased to know that you enjoyed our centralized location. Our location right on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway is perfect for touring the city as we are so close to many museums, historic sites, and restaurants. I am also so happy to hear that you enjoyed our spacious renovated rooms, Made-to-Order breakfast, and Manager's Reception. Thank you again for your review. I hope your enjoyable experiences in the hotel outweighed the bad and that we can welcome you back soon for a much better overall experience!

FYI: I always tell the staff this is my only hotel when ever I’m in philly visiting family. Pro’s: Upgraded rooms are spacious and sound proof. I always mention to the staff that IMO the older rooms were nice too but who could say no to hardwood floors. This is where I could

I stayed here with my daughter, son-in-law and their 2 children. We got a 1 bedroom with 2 queens and a pull out. The room was comfortable and quite large. The decor is modern and fresh... it's a circular hotel with multiple elevators, so it can be a bit confusing at first.

Our unique layout can be intimidating at first glance, but we try to make it as easy as possible to find your way around with large door numbers and directories. Thank you again for your review. This was our second visit to this hotel and while we love the huge spacious suites, we do not find it to be a well run hotel. The elevators have been fixed since last time but they are still cumbersome at busy times. The breakfast service is completely overwhelmed and unable

Thank you for providing a review of your recent stay. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, the power outage was out of our control due to technical difficulties, however we appreciate your feedback of what you experienced. Your comments will be used for training purposes should this occur again in the future. I have also passed your comments regarding the elevators and breakfast area to higher management to look into and fix if possible. Thank you again for your review. We hope you give us another chance to show you our true level of care.

Sitting right in the heart of Philadelphia, adjacent to all the key museums and historical sites, this Embassy Suites offers a very comfortable stay for sure. There is a small amout of construction going on in the property as of January 2019, but it is unobtrusive. The lobby is

I believe all the access doors have been locked. Also, unless the renovation is done, not enough elevators. Also breakfast not what you would expect from embassy suites. They bought the building and it doesn’t fit into their brand. Stay someplace else

Our room had a usable balcony on which you could walk out, take a sitting chair from inside out onto it, and hang out in the sun. So you should definitely be able to get a room like that. One word of advice: ask for a room on a lower floor because the elevator situation is so bad that you'll want to be able to walk down the stairs to get to the lobby. It was quite a strain when we had to do that from the 24th floor.
