I have stayed at this hotel a few times, since it is a Hilton, and a few times when it was a Hyatt. My last stay was December 2015, and at the time they had a temporary executive lounge, they had said it was being built soon. I hope that is the case. The lounge they had was uncomfortable and... Great service, location and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to my business associates, friends and family. I usually book a hotel when visiting Philadelphia in downtown, however this location was more ideal for my business travel plans.

Recently stayed in this Hilton property during a business trip to Philly. I was not impressed with the front of the house-the desk personnel made a mistake on my bill, no bellman around to retrieve my bag from storage and so forth. The room was excellent-quiet although close to the elevator with crisp linen, spotless and a fine view of... More

While the hotel and accommodations were adequate, the conference that I was here for seemed a little too large for conference rooms and dining areas. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and surrounding area.

The Rope and Anchor Restaurant in the lobby was excellent. The food and refreshments provided to the ballrooms for our conference throughout the week were excellent too. Came here for an overnight for business but brought along my husband. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. My only cons was the room was really warm. They provided all of the comforts of home to include a makeup mirror. We had drinks at the lobby bar and they were also very professional and accommodating.

This was a very nice hotel. Our room had an awesome view, was clean, and big (especially the very spacious bathroom).
