Finally found a vacancy here Thanksgiving night, 11/23/17. In a renovated room. It was nicely appointed. Stay only about 9 hours, for a night's sleep. No breakfast offered to us. Not sure if it was an oversight on our part or if breakfast is not...More
Check in clerk not friendly at all! We only stayed overnite but I had an uneasy feeling. Room was older but clean. Breakfast was suppose to be free but they wanted to charge us, so we ate elsewhere. I won't stay here again
I expected more from this hotel. It was recently acquired by Wyndham and is still undergoing renovation that was supposed to be completed in spring of 2017. There was nothing major wrong but there is a lot of room for improvement. It was a bit...More

Dear Ms. Kelley,
It would be a pleasure to host you in our hotel. Our property is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation and while it is unlikely you would be affected I would like to offer this suggestion. For any guest that is extremely sensitive as you have stated, it is best to seek out hotels that do not accept pets at all. Our corridors and public areas have not yet been addressed and this could cause issues for an individual with sensitive allergies. Also pets will ride our elevators and this also could cause issues for you. There are several hotels in our area that do not allow pets at all and this may be more appropriate for you. Our hospitality team would love to host you but we also want you to stay healthy and happy! If you need to cancel your booking we are happy to do so with no penalty.
