For a house that is 120 years old, you will get flaky paint here and there and no air conditioning in the rooms. The house is huge and each room has a different design and layout. For a party of three, we asked for the Cloud9 with a twin bed and queen bed. It's a tight spacing but it's a... More

We were there for Finnfest in Naselle this weekend. got referred by friends who own a B&B in Yakima. The place had a nice view! however it is in need of major upkeep and repair. the Staff was friendly and nice, the breakfasts were great both days. the place was a bit more crowded than we expected although it was... We spent two nights here on the top floor. Lots of stairs! Room was ok. Not really public rooms to share except dining room for breakfast. Beautiful view and great location. Breakfast first day was cheese bagel with lox and cream cheese. Next day was sausage and eggs. Fruit bowl and chocolate muffins, juice and coffee every morning.

We have been staying here off and on for the last eight years while traveling... and I guess it's about time we wrote a review... The place is absolutely charming and named Grandview for its Grand views from rooms located on both the second and third story... Even the dining room on the first floor is warm & inviting... each... Five nights at different bed and breakfasts on our journey to the west coast and this place was by far the worst place we stayed. Needs to be cleaned and even minor repairs are not being completed. We expected old but not rundown. The only thing this place has going for it is the view. We would not stay here... More

Astoria, Oregon is the oldest city in Oregon, so I expected the Bed and Breakfast to be and old house with charm, and it was. We stayed in the Cloud 9 room on the third floor. The room overlooked the Columbia river and we could see the bridge also. Our room was clean and decorated well. There is no TV... More

My husband and I were in town for the Goonies 30th anniversary and were able to get a room here. It coincided with my birthday, so we sprung for the nicer Gazebo room. The room was lovely, full of windows overlooking the water and a sun room. The "balcony" unfortunately was no more than a fire escape. The room was... More

We were verydissapointed with our stay. It is very old, outdated, and in need of a good cleaning. You got one towel each to last your stay- even they were worn thin. No computers or Tv here. The bedfing was stale and I don't think washed very often. The best part was the breakfast- no complaints at all! The Treetops... More

This place is outdated, musty/moldy, and needs a serious facelift. I'd say the only thing worth mentioning was that the breakfast was alright. The woman who checks you in is pretty intense and condescending (goes so far as to showing you how to open the door with a code and making you do it in front of her to show... More

Our mistake not to read these reviews prior to making our reservations. Though the room was clean, as was the bathroom, the condition of the house was poor. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the "parlor" is full of clutter, and the breakfast is the same as those noted in the previous reviews as far back as 2010...the exact... More
