We only stayed one night, because my son was playing in a lacrosse tournament at Towson University. But the room was comfortable and close to everything in the Inner Harbor. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Baltimore!

As a Baltimore-area native, I don't often get the chance to stay in town. However, due to a late meeting one night and an early meeting the next morning, I elected to book at the Residence Inn by Marriott downtown. What a wonderful experience! It started when I called ahead in the hopes of checking in early. I spoke with...

I will start off by saying this: the room itself was comfortable and clean and the staff was fairly friendly. But the good ends there. First off parking is valet only. Be sure to call 20-30 minutes before you actually need it as it takes way longer then the 15 minutes they tell you when you get your ticket. Second....

I stayed here during the CPI 2016 conference. The location was within a 5-10 minute walk and very conveniently close also to the harbour area and convention center. As a Marriott rewards member I was upgraded to a king 1 bedroom suite. The accommodations were very nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was complementary and had a good variety...

After an 11 p.m. arrival at BWI and a time consuming comedy of errors with SuperShuttle (see separate review on Viator/SuperShuttle), we finally got to the hotel around midnight. We had booked a king and had our mood immediately brightened when we were told we had been upgraded to a 2-bedroom, 2 bath suite on the ninth floor. Imagine our...

Just stayed overnight to visit Inner Harbor and Aquarium. Rooms are a little dated but you can't beat the customer service and location. My sister even asked me why everyone was being so nice to us. Included breakfast was yummy too. Room had fully stocked kitchen and frig. We didn't need it but great for a longer visit. Only complaint...

This hotel is one of the ones recommended by Johns Hopkins Hospital. The sales office at the hotel schedules the hospital rate. This person did not return my 2 calls. I had less than a 2 week notice of the appointment. Therefore, I booked it on Priceline at a rate much less than the hotel charge. At check in, front...

Had visited the property a year ago with the same family crew. Had a great time and was determined to go back again next visit to Baltimore. This visit on Labor Day weekend exposed several minor but nagging issues. Our room (1510) was showing obvious wear on the furniture, and the bathroom door lock was damaged, partially disassembled and would...
