From check-in to check-out, we had just the NICEST stay! We booked this hotel for the weekend to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary…COVID kinda “stole” our 25th! Our room was great, and the view of the harbor was just beyond stunning. Due to current COVID restrictions, there was no daily housekeeping (we adjusted) and we had to wear masks in the public spaces of the hotel (as well as every public space in the city). I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to any of our friends.

Hotel's Favourite
The staff at Sonesta were wonderful. Michelle at the front desk was so informative, polite, sweet and made our stay that much more wonderful! James the valet for parking was fantastic. Never had to wait for the car and again very polite and friendly. The room as well as the hotel were extremely clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee shop convenient and clean. All around wonderful place to stay and I highly recommended the Sonesta at the Inner Harbor and many of their other locations. Sincerely- Frank

Very helpful desk staff, excellent location. Good breakfast room. HOWEVER, 1. Shower/tub is slick as ice and staff would not provide a mat or non-skid stickers. We bought a mat at Target. 2. Thermostat didn’t work so room cooled to 60 degrees. We regulated temperature by turning the a/c on and off. Staff couldn’t fix the system. 3. Housekeeping made up the room by throwing a pile of towels on the sink shelf, scattering our toiletries. 4. Bar open only Fri/Sat. Bartender doesn’t know how to make mojitos or margaritas. Also doesn’t know how to split checks.

Skip it. Most valuable thing: the Keurig cups. If Sonesta it must be, go for the Sonesta ES at BWI for same things, but much nicer room. If desiring premium downtown hotel, try anywhere else. $20 parking, expensive-only food options, no lobby coffee or any other perks - not worth it. This was a hotwire dealio - here be dragons!
