Stayed with a group and had six rooms. Our room has such inconsistent hot water, I can say we had non hot showers all week. Two of the rooms smelled so bad that it actually made one of our team sick. Their solution? Comping our over priced breakfast buffets! No enough, considering the buffet wasn't all that fantastic. They were...

Room on the 9th floor. No noise while sleeping. Heater was a bit loud. The facility is an older hotel, but pretty nicely maintained, with some renovations going on. I wish they would make use of some of the landmark parts of the hotel, such as the old revolving restaurant, but even as a gathering area, it is locked. During...

Seeing as how I stay in mostly IHG properties when traveling for work due to their great rewards program I thought hey I will give this a try. The only good thing is that it is close to the Planet Fitness which is why I truly booked it. I honestly find Holiday Inns to be trashy and run down and...

We had a reception event in the ballroom and these guys were just awesome. They really worked with us on some schedule changes and took care of us. Rick was killing it at the bar, Caesar was outstanding on the food service. Ronnie, Mitch hell they were all great. S/O to Jamar too this man was really on the ball,...

We stayed to catch games at Camden yards. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the ballpark and to inner harbor. Good front desk service. That said, the place is to be kind, dated. The room was adequate. Carpet and other items old. A vague smell I just couldn't place. And rate plus parking at the high...

This Hotel is wonderfully located to a lot of spots you may go to in your travels, however read further.... They say they have an indoor heated pool, it's Not. It is room temperature and when they fill it it's very chilly! The cool decking was cracked and pieces of it were in and around the pool. Covered filter spots...

We stayed at this Holiday Inn as it was across the street from the Royal Farms Arena where we were attending a concert. When we arrived around 7:30pm (the concert started at 7) I was frustrated as there weren't any parking spots at the hotel (secondary to the concert). Al, one of the managers, went above and beyond by offering...

Thank You for your 5 star review of our hotel. All of the parking in downtown Baltimore is public paid parking this is common for most City's . The parking adjacent to our hotel is one of the lowest priced lots in our area. The overnight parking fee does allow in and out access without charging the additional fees to...

I really enjoyed my stay; very nice accommodations. Of special mention the staff are very friendly and Gregg at the bar was probably the best bartender I have ever seen. My room was kept very clean; bed was comfortable for once.

I came to Baltimore for a training conference in early April of 2017. My conference was in another hotel but it was literally just one block away. The rooms in that hotel were slightly out of my budget so looked for something a little less expensive. I just needed a clean room and place to sleep after long day of...
