Stayed here about 3 years ago and really enjoyed it.Was extended stay of 6 weeks and all was good. This time only 2 weeks.Hotel looking tired and no atmosphere at all mainly due to the closing of the bar area. The breakfast was fine with varied menu and location good to wander in to town

paulwallage - Thank you for sharing your comments with us regarding your 2 week stay. I certainly understand your disappointment now that the bar has closed. We hope that by repurposing this space we are better able to serve our guests. As you are aware, we do offer "THE MIX" Monday thru Wednesday and I was delighted that you joined...

Reasonably spacious mini-suite- Room 224. Spotless. Great mattress. Very quiet. Property is located close to everything with free city sponsored shuttle to and from and around the central city. Great shower- plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Great breakfast- hot and cold- eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, Eng muffins, fruit, granola, i.e. everything. Pleasant front desk staff. The hotel was experiencing some renovations in the lobby so the breakfast was in a conference room but the food was good and staff helpful. Hotel was very clean and modern. We had a suite with two beds plus couch and a toilet/sink combo along one wall and toilet/sink/shower separate. Kinda odd but fine. Comfortable beds and the room was...

Thank you for your feedback on your recent trip to Savannah. While we have started renovations on our guest rooms we have not yet begun work in any of the public areas. We also don't have conference room space or any guest rooms with the setup you described. Though you were probably not at the Residence Inn Savannah Downtown/Historic District,...

We checked in the hotel for a holiday visit to Savannah. We booked a cottage room, the room is in the bottom floor of a cottage with a coutyard. The room was very clean and quite except for an occasional police car going by. The courtyard is fenced in and very safe. The hotel location is perfect for visiting the...

The last several reviewers were fair and accurate - with the exception that the valet was always very prompt with our car - so I won't repeat what they said. My husband and I were traveling with our dog, a large breed Great Pyrenee. She is very well behaved and a good traveler - but she is large. Many hotels...

Great place. Friendly staff. Nice one bedroom 'apartment'. Complementary hot breakfast was done nicely. We only stayed one night but it would be great for an extended stay. Only issue was the location just on the outskirts of the city but it wasn't terrible.

We stayed at the Courtyard for the Savannah Food and Wine festival. It was the perfect location, just steps away from the railway museum where the fest was held. Customer service was great and the room was very nice with a small kitchen and sitting area. Very clean and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent 3 very pleasant nights here. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nice sheets, blankets and towels. All comforts of home. Good consistant internet. The best part of this hotel is the service. We really liked this place. The staff was friendly and helpful, it is less than 200 yards from the Visitor's Center and all the bus tour starting points and adjacent to the park where they have recreations/explanations of the Battle of Savannah every day.
