Very dirty. There was black mold in the corners of the bathroom. Also, the outlets had 6 plugs coming out of 6 outlets. The room was a fire trap. Not safe. The rooms are old with barely any electrical outlets, and those are completely taken up. Someone needs to call the fire inspector.

The keys system for the doors wasn't working when I had got here, the toilet wasn't stabilize on the bathroom floor and was wobbling, the paint job on the walls was bad, water was leaking from the toilet, the stopper for the bathtub was missing, there are hole and cracks in the wall in of the bathroom plus a large chunk of the wall was missing from near the toilet, the room smelled like cigarettes and has a bad odor, the air conditioner, doesn't work that well, the furniture had chips in it, the usb ports in the light frame did not work to charge my wireless headset, and carpet extension was peeling off the walls at the bottom of it

I had to give a star but no stars. Me, my husband and our son stayed here and it was terrible. It was nasty. The guy gave us two rooms because the other ones toilet didnt work and it was full of poop. The floors were not clean. There was a guy walking around asking if we wanted meth. There were women who were probably prostitutes. There were cops there for some reason. Absolutely terrible. I read that they didnt give refunds so I didnt bother to ask for one. I wish I seen this before I booked it on the internet. Just thankful to be out of there. The pictures are not what u get! None of them. I wouldn't stay here even if they gave me free night.

There was piss on the bathroom floor. A weird looking stain on one of the beds, I don’t even wanna say what that looks like. My husband and I were so tired from an overnight trip we didn’t have the energy to go somewhere else so we had to sleep some but checked out as soon as we had energy. I didn’t shower in the restroom, I felt so gross in there. I can understand if you have a modest motel but this just goes way beyond that. You can be modest but still be clean, but Scottish Inns refuses to do that. My advice to you, don’t stoop so low, and at least pay $20 more for another motel that is clean. And trust the reviews. I learned my lesson.

I was quite surprised at the room, especially for the rate I paid. Check in was quick and easy. The room was large and clean. The furniture was updated. The carpet was clean. I saw no evidence of mold or mildew. The two beds were comfortable, with quality linen. I saw no bugs, and the AC worked perfect. Came with free WiFi and free breakfast. The only reason for only 4 stars was the quality of the breakfast offered. There was coffee, milk, cereal, a couple of pastries and white sliced bread for toasting. No juice or fruit. Still, I got my moneys worth. Definitely stay again.
