This place is in dire need of an upgrade, but the staff makes up for it. Simply because of them, I would stay here again in a minute. The concierges, John and Bob, in particular are wonderful, but everyone here really tries to make you visit special. The hotel is on the outskirts of the historic district, but that's kind... More

I have traveled all over the USA and I don't remember a staff that was as pleasant and pleasant as these guys. I was there for a soccer tournament for my daughter and it was an excellent stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and it had an excellent location. From the superbly efficient and nice valet staff to the ladies... More

When we first arrived the valet was not welcoming, in fact he was outright rude. This was the first person we made contact with at the hotel and we were not optimistic about what we might encounter for the rest of the stay. My husband mentioned this to Jackie at the check in desk and she went out of her... More

We stopped in for 1 night on our drive to Florida. Hotel is in a great location to the historic district. Just a short 10 minute walk. The hotel is a little dated but staff are super friendly. Ask for a room away from the street as I can imagine it would be noisy. We had breakfast at a cute... More

Urban quality, a little bit aged, but still looks and feels like quality. The staff is irrepressibly courteous at every level from bell staff and check-in to room service and breakfast help. Southern hospitality exuded at every step. A fast walk gets you to hop-on-hop-off that will take you to most of the historic districts with the flexibility of 15... More

I arrived late - about 1am - only to find they had overbooked the hotel. They sent me to another hotel with a voucher letter. That hotel had their computer down, so I had to go back and they found another hotel for me. They did pick up the cost of that night plus the parking, but I did lose... More

We stayed there for an event where the hosts reserved a block of rooms. The staff was helpful and the location was excellent for seeing Savannah's Historic District. The drain didn't work in our room and it took a while to get it fixed even after they said it was fixed however the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Thankfully I did not allow my experience at the valet desk to create my entire perception of this hotel. There was never a problem with a long wait in getting my car. My issue was with not being greeted when I pulled up, having to ask for a luggage cart when I was lugging my own bags out of the... More

The title really says it all. Most of the staff couldn't have been nicer. The rooms however...not so good. The bathroom wall had all kinds of stains on the wall like there had been a leak of some sort. Anything metal in the room was rusted, from door hinges, faucets, lamps, etc. The TV only got the major networks in... More
