We traveled to Savannah in March to celebrate my dad's 60th. It was seriously the greatest time we've had on a family trip. The whole city of Savannah is pulsing, and it was great. The courtyard is located on the outskirts of the downtown "River Street" area but it was a quick 10-12 minute walk to get in the action,...

To KCB1017, Thank you for letting us know about the great time you had in Savannah this past St. Patty’s Day. We are glad you were able all that Savannah has to offer during that time, and that you chose the Courtyard to help you celebrate. We look forward to having you back in the future for another one of...

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk was about to pull up my reservation without any hangups. Valet wasn't mandatory, but I used it to keep from dealing with the Savannah traffic. It's less than $20 and it made any potential parking nightmare non-existent. When I arrived to my room, it was in fairly decent shape. It was clean, spacious,...

Great valet and front desk staff... Not great amenities. Bedroom was very musty smelling upon entry - figured out very quickly the mini fridge had been leaking for some time and the carpet all around it was soaked (hence the smell). Only one elevator was working and was shared by the working employees (back door of the elevator opened directly...

This hotel is in a great area! Everything in Savannah is within a 30 minute walking distance. I felt safe here and felt safe walking back to the hotel, even late at night. The pool and jacuzzi was fun! They also had valet parking which costed $12 a night. The staff was very nice. I really enjoyed my stay here!

First of all, the valet service was top rate! They were friendly, quick to help and even in the rain, they had smiles on their faces. When we would return to the hotel they always greeted us. The rooms were clean and we had enough room. It is not big, but we spent most of our time walking around Savannah....

Friendly staff, good service. Ladies at frontdesk make an effort to help. Nice valets, good and safe parking. Nice open lounge. Kind Mr. Bob, helping out with all you need to find. Clean, fresh. Furniture and decoration somewhat outdated: a lot of browns, 70's-style. Solid Savannah style

Located close to the edge of downtown Savannah, still very easy walk to the restaurants and shops. The valet staff was always extremely friendly and getting the car was easy and didn't take long. The room felt a little cramped, but we were only there to sleep so it wasn't too bad. The staff at the front desk was very...

Excellent hotel and staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast was hot and all the items kept stocked. Staff was helpful in pointing on the best direction, best restaurants and best times and places to go. First time visitor to Savannah and this hotel and staff made our anniversary trip a special one.

The staff was extremely helpful. The pool area was beautiful. The hotel was within a good walking distance of the river district and directly across the street from the visitor center. There were several restaurants nearby that had wonderful meals. The common areas were beautiful. Just be aware that valet parking is a requirement, however, the staff was extremely quick...

We chosed this hotel because it was the closest hotel from my son's apartment. It was a walking distance from his place. I did not read the reviews before I made reservation but it turned out to be good. The staff are very friendly. The only thing is that, we were given a handicapped room so everything is handicap friendly....
