We stayed in the Garden Suite which was very quaint. Excellent location and close by to just about everything. The continental breakfast was set up for us in the kitchen. Fresh buttery croissants and muffins, with a choice of jam or butter, and fresh milk & OJ in the fridge. Day two had two fresh bagels & danish. The hosts...

My bf and I brought our dog on out trip from NYC to Florida to spend the holidays, and since my bf is a SCAD alumni we wanted to spend some time in Savannah and continue our trip the next day. We called from the road, and we got a room right away. We realized after hanging up that they...

Excellent location for seeing the sites of Savannah's downtown historic district while enjoying the amenities of a historic home. The owner took very good care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. Remember that this is a historic building and therefore has the charm of such a structure. If you want shiny and new, you had best go...

We were thrilled to have a pet friendly place in a great location. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. However, the breakfast was (as my sister would say) vomitrocious. We wound up going to Clary's for breakfast each day. The B & B was not like any other that we ever stayed at. Store bought muffins and croissants....

Joan and her assitant Ann made our stay in the Garden Suite a lovely experience. The Suite was well appointed and comfortable. Joan's on Jones is a pet friendly B&B and as such there was a pet urine odor that I noticed when I first walked in, however that disapated. Lovely fruit and continental breakfast options along with a bottle...

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend in the Jones Street Suite and chose this B&B because we had a dog and they allow dogs. The room was much bigger than I had expected and we had lots of room. The location is more towards Forsyth Park than the Riverfront, so it was a bit of walking....

This ideally located, pet-friendly and very PRIVATE two-suite inn isn't hard to book if you call the owners and have some flexibility with your travel dates. Most hotel search engines will show no availability, but I believe that's because Joan's On Jones does not take credit card reservations, a necessity if you're trying to book online. Deposits are accepted by...

We love Savannah, and a good base of operations is the foudation for our mini-vacations there. Joan's B&B just oozes old south charm. A curiosity is that the main entrance is really the back entrance, but this egress takes you through a delightful garden patio that is absolutely private and affords a great way to cool down, have a drink...

Savannah is a city I love--and this location is the best. You find yourself in a lovely historic home. Spacious accomodations--well-worn but appropriate furnishing. Quiet, private. The parking is a real plus--and we never used our car. Downsides--could have been a bit cleaner, and the breakfast is minimal.
