This place is more of an old-style motel with and updated lobby. Room is clean and functional and include a refrigerator. Bed is fine, as is the ice machine in the corridor. Air conditioner is a bit funky. I found it easy and quick to come and go, as I was passing through town. The attached restaurant/sports bar is great...

The place is NOT updated. The only thing updated is the lobby. The rooms are brick, which the only positive thing about that, you don't hear your neighbor. The decor is used and outdated. Their heater and A/C system is from the 80s and doesn't produce cool air to cool the room. While my company was there it hit the...

Hotel prices must have gone way down in Williston because of oil glut. Less than $100 a night. Clean hotel, solid brick walls, plenty of parking. Has attached rooms to lobby, and detached strip mall hotel type rooms with outside entry. Williston Brewing Company, a very nice bar with good service and food attached. Recommend a lobby attached room that...

This place far exceeded my expectations! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed. The front desk gal was friendly and helpful. She offered us a few suggestions on places to eat and see while we were here. The room was immaculate and the beds ands pillows were like home! My family and I have traveled to Williston a...

Rooms were ok. Internet was very slow and unreliable. The coffee in the lobby had not been made when we left at 10:00. There is no breakfast here. This facility appears to have weekly/ monthly rentals for oil workers in another building. It presented no problems. If i come to Williston again, i will try the Super 8 to get...

The El Rancho is very nice from the start. Lots of things have been updated in the past few years, including a fully remodeled restaurant & bar. Very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was great at explaining how to get to my room and where other restaurants & grocery stores were near by. They even have a laundry...

Standard hotel/motel room with plenty of room, nice tv and clean bathrooms. They have a very good restaurant attached. Right in the middle of town with easy access to whatever you need. Would stay there again. Friendly staff that really took care of us!!

Great change of pace for a city that is exploding at the seams and is packed with chain hotels. The El Rancho is a charming hotel from the days when Williston was a quieter place. The staff is friendly and helpful and remodeling seems to be progressing throughout the property. The new restaurant on-site has excellent and innovative food. Sure...

I stay at this hotel often for work. It is an older hotel that was probably rather classy in its time. It is certainly showing signs of age at this point but is still an adequate place to stay. It is VERY difficult to find a hotel room in Williston at any given point due to the oil boom in...
