This was my first stay at a Shilo Inn. I chose it because of location and value. Located by the junction of I-5 and I-205 with easy access to both, it is also located very near to the hospital. Very comfortable and spacious room, good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed was a little to hard for me, but fine for my husband he could sleep on a rock. Had fun in the pool with kids, they were behind on laundry I think because we had to wait for towels. Everyone was nice, no real complaints

This place sucks! It looks like low income housing. Garabag cans overflowing, people hanging out in the parking lot smoking and sitting on cars. Advertises pet friendly but tells you they charge you if animals are on the bed. And the first contact with another pet owner, her immediate words were "my dog is not dog friendly!" While I had...

Enjoyed our stay and everyone was friendly and the place was nice and clean. Next time we will bring our bathing suits. Reasonable. Plus, there were several places to eat within walking distance from the motel.

No Internet in Main Building where I stayed. Breakfast used to be way better. Stayed for about a month at a time, every May 2000-2011, and other times like this trip. Used to have breakfast burritos in the fridge, now it's three yogurts and old hard-boiled eggs. Clientele is typically familys and business folks due to cheap rates. Room is...

Perfectly located for that trip, close to lots of various restaurants. Clean and decent, if slightly run down. Breakfast was one of the best continental spreads I have seen (we travel quite a bit). The steam and sauna both were out of commission which was disappointing,

I would not give it any stars. 'Advertised High speed internet' is in fact is slow and sluggish. They talked blind spots and too many users- and 'you know how wifi is' crap when I called to ask what was up with it. I only needed the internet because the television was old and fuzzy so wanted to stream something....

Rooms were clean and stocked, almost couldn't get into my room because at check in the attendant required my id and credit card and wouldn't budge (i miss-placed my wallet) even though I am the one who set up the reservation on-line with my credit card. She did the right thing right thing to prevent identity theft. I could have...

Room, building etc... are older and smell a little musty, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fresh. Not much to complain about. Would most likely stay here again.

We normally stay with La Quinta because we travel with our Pekingese. This was a last minute trip, and we didn't make reservation. When we got to Vancouver, the La Quinta was full, so we called the Shilo and were able to secure a pet room at a moments notice. There were a couple of small issues with the room...
