Disgusted. Horrible musty smell when you enter the room. Pubic Hairs in the shower, shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, pubic hair on the floor and found on the towels. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.
I stayed in November: the hotel was appealing because it combines good value for money with close proximity to Boston University (which I was visiting). Comfortable, clean rooms, quiet at night time, lovely staff, and free coffee and cookies every day - I’d stay again!More
