I stayed here two nights while my spouse was in the hospital. The hotel is a short ride from the hospital and they offer a shuttle on weekdays. On weekends, they reimbursed my cab fares to and from the hospital as the shuttle does not run. My room was nice and clean on the 6th floor of the tower area....

The hotel is located close to many of the world renown hospitals, and the shuttle service is a great feature for those like yourself traveling back and forth. We hope to see you the next time your travel plans bring you to the Boston-Brookline area.

We had two stays in one week, 9/11-9/15 and 9/17. We reserved an Executive King room with toy view. Upon arrival we given a second floor room that actually had a large steel structural beam in the middle of the window. This was a X structure with two 12" Beams. Outside the structure was the framework for the cover over...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, however I am disappointed that we were not able to deliver the service you expected, and I will make sure that this is shared with the executive team to discuss what we need to do better in regards to guest service. As far as the physical rooms, there...

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Boston-Brookline for one night because it was close to Fenway Park, where we were stopping to see a game at the tail end of our vacation. That part was great; Fenway is just a touch under a mile from the hotel and on a September evening the walk was nice. It went through a...

Thank you for writing us, we are pleased that you found the accommodations clean, and I will be sure to pass those along to our staff. The hotel has many different room types at several price points, of which include many that have exterior facing rooms. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, and hopefully...

If you are saying in Boston, then this isn't Boston! It's about four miles out which is about a 25 minute ride on the train/tram thing into the centre. The rooms themselves are nice enough, but we had a room on the first floor which overlooked an indoor pool and gave the whole place an essence of an indoor version...

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your experience with us. Indeed we are located just outside the Boston city limits and a short ride by train to the city center, but without the downtown Boston prices or the noise, as we are located in a quaint section of Brookline. The hotel has many different...

This is the best location in Brookline for a hotel. The dining and housekeeping staff are pleasant. Checkin staff make staying here a chore. Not pleasant and bordering on surly. This hotel has the ability to get a lot of repeat business.

Hi again from SLRE. My very first TA review in July seemed to resonate with well over a thousand viewers after I panned the HIE in Cambridge MA. When the HIE manager suggested I look elsewhere for future Boston-area lodging, I rebooked at the HI in Brookline, assuming it HAD to be better. So it’s mid-August now, we’re heading back...

Thank you for your very colorful narrative of the hotel, an rest assured no you will find no Monkey's running around, but will certainly pass along the kudos to Everton, as he is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Your assessment of the hotel is somewhat correct as part of the "half of a block" portion was first built, which...

This place is a little dreary. The room was fine - except the first one we got was on a floor with a large extended family from another country, who had basically moved in! This former motel, converted into a hotel is in a great location, but is in desperate need of a complete renovation.
