We had a site near the Chena River so it was scenic. The sites are small and close together but that is usually the case in a city. It was fairly quiet and peaceful as well as safe. The bathrooms could have been cleaner but the laundromat was OK.

We stayed there for 2 nights in August 2016. We had a little RV and the spot they gave us was good. The spots in general are a bit tight. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and spacious. There are washing machines and dryers as well. There is even a car wash. Close to the campground is a...

Our first visit to this RV park. Milepost advertisement emphasizes river edge but most sites are away from the river. Shower rooms are reasonably equipped. RV wash station is coin operated. General setting is commercial-industrial. We have found most Alaskans friendly. While checking in we attempted friendly banter but the 3 staff members were terse and distant. My co-traveler used...

I was really disappointed with the site were were given. The campground had MANY unoccupied sites closer to the river and we were given a spot very close to the main entrance. By the time we realized we could have asked for another site, it would have required us to take down camp entirely (this place is full hookups) and...

I knew we would be checking in very late to the RV park so the staff put our parking spot info on a bulletin board near the office. Had clear directions to our convenient pull-thru spot. The parking was a little tight as neighbors were pretty close but the scenery by the river was beautiful. Overall, a nice place to...

Pretty nice little place. We have a 38ft 5th wheel toy hauler. It cost us about $56 a night for their super size lot. It's high but so is everything else in Fairbanks. Water pressure is fine. Site sewage connection is not solid but it works. Showers were really lean. River view from our spot. Great location for hanging out...

There are many reasons I would rate this campground with 5 stars - its location on the Chena River, the cleanliness of the shower, bathrooms and laundry facility, and the sincere helpfulness of the young woman (Mary) working in the front office. We enjoyed a relaxing time at this place - it was quiet, the sites appropriately spaced, the view...

The beauty of this RV park is that it is situated on the banks of the river and it has its own restaurant. That was a big plus for us as so many are located in beautiful locations but have nowhere to eat near them. Some reviewers have mentioned proximity to the airport. I saw a couple of planes but...

Close to the Chena River. Laundry was nice. Great gift store. Advertised as having wifi but we could never get it. Horrible! Spaces are very close and crowded. Also, right next to an airport. Cable was pretty good.
