A modest but clean affordable hotel, convenient to MTA with easy routes into Manhattan. Don't expect many of the comforts of higher brand hotels, but overall, in comparison, the Baltic has a lot to offer. A great stay overall.

Dear JAK5280, Thank you so much for leaving such a nice review of your time with us. We are thrilled you found our hotel so accommodating. We are smaller than most hotels and do not have the same amenities of the larger brand name hotels as you noted, but we do try to make up for it in service and support for our guests. Thank you for staying with us, and for leaving such kind words. We look forward to welcoming you in again soon, Sincerely,

Clean, quiet, efficient room for business travel in Brooklyn. Near transit and also off the beaten path. Classic Brooklyn mix of brownstones, graffiti, industrial chic and lots of construction. Good tap room one block away, other eateries 10-15 minute walk.

Needed a last minute hotel and found this. Price is reasonable. Only one size beds in each room so fits 2 maybe 3 people. Very close to Barclays center and subway/buses. 30 min walk from Brooklyn museum. Friendly front desk staff, and clean rooms. Only con is not much table or dresser space and it’s easy to hear neighbors. The microwave also beeped everytime the bathroom light switched on which was a little annoying but not terrible. Would stay there again.

Dear 279raneems, Thank you so much for leaving such a nice review of your time with us at the Baltic Hotel. We are very glad we were able to provide you comfortable clean accommodations on short notice. We are experimenting with new layouts for our rooms all the time to find one that works to have our guests have more counter space while also not losing out on floor space. We would like to invite you back and see our work and experience our slight changes to see if we can earn that last star on your review. Sincerely,

Wonderful rooms. Perfect if you just need a place to stay so you can spend your days exploring the city. Manhattan is literally minutes away by train. The area is quiet. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is perfect for NYC life. Something small and quick with a cup of coffee. 10/10

Everything is new and clean. It's a basic stay for a very valuable price. Staff is quite friendly. The location is great for the Brooklyn experience and good access to the subway. I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast but it is available.

This was a great, affordable, no frills experience. Close to a lot of restaurants and transit. It’s a small room but sufficient since we were not spending a lot of time there. The breakfast was pretty minimal. We didn’t bother since there were better options nearby.

Hotel quaint. The room was small but met our needs. Great price point for our NYC college tour visit weekend. Neighborhood is transitioning but never felt unsafe and rather enjoyed the graffiti walls. Train about 10-15 minute walk in several directions. Only suggestions, give guests more towels (we did receive when asked, but had to ask everyday for an extra towel). The grab and go breakfast was extremely stale and they only had peaches and cream oatmeal (yuck).

Dear Iisam0509 Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a nice review of your stay. We are very glad that you found our hotel so accommodating for your college tour in NYC. We do apologize for the one towel in the room at a time. We have since changed our policy and will have 2 towels in the room always, with extra as needed. As for our continental breakfast, we do have our pastries delivered fresh each morning, we will be following up with our bakery to ensure all is correct on their end. We will also be incorporating more flavors of oatmeal! Should you find yourself in NYC again, possibly visiting the new College student, we hope you remember your friends here at The Baltic. Where hopefully we are able to show you have far we have come and be able to earn that last star on your review. Sincerely
