Great location at a reasonable rate for the area. Easy in and out, well price parking lot just a few steps from the hotel. Helpful and very friendly staff. Rooms are tiny but are well designed, they get the job done. Very comfortable bed. Immaculate room and common areas. IMO, the only drawback is our guest room had a wet bath, not a fan but not a deal breaker. Will happily stay at Pod Brooklyn again.

Stayed here for four nights- was shocking to find a budget hotel that was chic, clean, quiet with fantastic service in williamsburg, brooklyn. Could not have been better - Quiet and privacy and cleanliness are very important for my travel. Also felt very secure. Location is central - walked to the ferry every morning. My highest rating.

This property exceeded all expectations - not only was it immaculate and safe, with photo-worthy views of the city and rooftop bar/yoga, but in addition to super-comfortable beds, it even offered a myriad of little nooks, where guests could sit privately and do their work. However, the aspect of Pod Brooklyn which really made my recent visit memorable was the staff - they were incredibly accommodating and responsive to any request, whether it be for an extra towel or guidance on where to dine nearby, the commitment to customer service was clear (while each person with whom I interacted was great, Joseph deserves a special shout-out)! I look forward to returning in the near future and unconditionally recommend Pod Brooklyn to others!

Looked for a less expensive place to stay when in Brooklyn. Pod hotel was perfect. Good location. The room was small but well designed. The toilet in the shower was a bit weird but worked. Luggage easily slid under the bed. Staff were helpful.

Jacob was very helpful arranging additional rooms when we needed it. The design of the rooms, though tight in space, was fun. Storage was a little tricky and an area to store suitcases below the bed or nightstands would have helped a lot in the bunk rooms.

What a great experience in Brooklyn. If you look around at other hotels, you'll notice that they are all about 3-4x the price of the Pod. I booked a 2 night stay here without much expectations of anything nice but was pleasantly surprised. Yeah the rooms are small but it has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. The AC is nice and cold in the humid summer here and the shower is warm. The amenities are great and the front desk crew was the nicest people I've met. Truly and pleasantly surprised. If you come to Brooklyn, definitely have your stay be here if you don't need a giant room. 5/5

Stay and location are great. Small rooms but just what you need. Lots of options around the hotel. Gives you a wonderful experience of NY. Close to transportation. The park nearby is really nice. Great time.

Helpful and nice staff. The rooms are small but clean. The location is perfect and you're one stop on the L away from Manhattan and within walking distance to parks along the water. The toilet is in the shower so when you shower the toilet will get wet. They have a nice rooftop too.

I have stayed at Pod 51, Pod Times Square and even Pod DC in Washington - so I knew what the Pod Hotel thing was all about. Or I thought I did. Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to the smallest room I have ever stayed in. This 10x10 space would be workable - for one person - except for the "private" bath that was a glass-enclosed combo shower/toilet. Multiple towels were wasted, daily, wiping down the floor and the toilet so the toilet could be used after a shower. Shower would randomly release water, which was super fun if you were on the toilet at the time. Love efficient spaces, but this was just poorly designed, and close to impossible for 2 people even in a Queen Pod. And it's too bad, because the location is awesome. Great bars, restaurants and grocery stores within a few blocks and the Bedford Ave L station is maybe 4 blocks away.

Best check in experience I have ever had. The lady at the front desk took my bags hours before I was supposed to check in and held them for me because I was late for an event nearby. I didn’t get there until 4am and was expecting to be dealing with a difficult situation. When I came back she handled them like professional and was clearly very well experienced with how important it is to be hospitable to a guest. I have stayed in ritzs, four seasons and everywhere in between but at this small hotel in Brooklyn Leila at the front desk treated me more vip than anything I have seen at the above mentioned properties.
