I have been a traveling salesperson most of my life and a Swiss Bank employee for 10 years of my 72 years on the planet. The finest hotel I have ever been a guest in is The Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, the Wythe Hotel on Wythe Avenue, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is the best hotel in New York. The Manhattan...

We had a queen Brooklyn view and the room was very nice. It included one of the best min bars (stock and value) I have ever seen. The room had built in speakers and an AUX cord to play music which was nice. Great water pressure in the shower head. The bar on the roof is a must do. Classic...

Aside from the rooms being a bit expensive, this is by far the best hotel in New York. It's hipster meets luxury and you can enjoy great products (shampoos soaps etc), as well as super comfortable beds and raw spaced rooms with high ceilings, giving you the Brooklyn loft experience in a hotel room. The heated floors are AWESOME. Beds...

I was travelling solo to NYC for 4 nights and stayed in 4 different hotels - trying to mix things up and experience New York from different points of view. All of the hotels were excellent but the Wythe hotel stood head and shoulders above every hotel in NYC and also every hotel I have ever stayed in across the...

Beautiful hotel in an old cooperage. Nice architectural details and art. Right on the Williamsburg waterfront overlooking Manhattan. Some rooms have floor to ceiling views of the city skyline. We were in a room with bunk beds - very comfortable beds. Gorgeous Goldie bath and body products aplenty. Mini bar has great selection of drinks - but mini doesn't really...

Such a cool bar. Buzzy, hip, with bar staff that deliver a master class in how to serve drinks; quick, efficient, friendly. The place was packed and we arrived after a beautiful meal at the Fat Goose opposite. We had to queue to get the lift to the roof top bar but only waited around 15 minutes. Incredible views across...

We have stayed at the Wythe twice and although it's not a bargain, we think it's well worth the cost if you can reserve a higher floor room with a view of Manhattan. The hotel is a former industrial building, beautifully renovated, within walking distance of everything in Williamsburg, with lots of thoughtful little touches like snacks and products made...

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, cool rooms and rooftop is just amazing. Gorgeous views of Manhattan. Ask for a King Room, same views from the rooftop but you're not surrounded by people but your bed! There is no gym. A bit pricy (around 300 euros per night) but I guess is Brooklyn's standards. Just one suggestion: avoid the restaurant. I had...

We loved this great little boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, modern and unique. The hotel is about 6-7 blocks from the subway and an easy ride over to Manhattan. There are also a lot of great little restaurants within walking distance of this location. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Wythe Hotel on a luxury trip to NYC. Although at the top of our budget, the sunrise view of Manhattan was the cherry on the over indulgent, scrumptious cake that is NYC. Rooms were comfortable, clean and stylish. Natural products and spacious... Will never forget the view - that perfect moment on the last day of...
