It’s just ok. If you’re used to 4-5 star hotels, this will truly be a 3 star for you. The hotel has a grungy Brooklyn vibe which is great but the rooms should be cleaner and taken care of more. The bed sheets & pillows had stains and the towels had other people’s hair on them. The location is just ok- the area is becoming safer/better but it’s still not 100% and I wouldn’t recommend walking around at night. It’s fine for what it is and for 1 night but I wouldn’t be coming back.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon entering my (tiny) room I noticed there was no shower curtain or hand soap. I asked a worker about this and was told there were no shower curtains, nor were there any bars of soap. Although we had a handicap accessible room, the bathroom situation was extremely unsafe, as the entire floor became soaked after showering due to lack of shower curtain or bath mats. There was one small garbage can in the bathroom and that was the only waste receptacle for the entire room. The mini fridge barely worked at all and didn’t even keep drinks cold. On the occasions I tried to contact the front desk or housekeeping nobody answered the phone. It was also very inconvenient that there is only one elevator for an 8 floor building, being utilized by guests and housekeeping. Lastly, I was told breakfast was included but when I went down to get food, they stated they ran out of food quickly due to the amount of guests. I couldn’t even get a juice or coffee.…

The website promised daily breakfast and access to a gym. On arrival the message simply was "no breakfast, no access to a gym". There was coffee, but they ran out so I was sent out to buy my own coffee at a Starbucks. I sent an email and filled out the form on their website, no one ever got back to me. Unkept promises and no way to communicate about it. The staff were friendly, but couldn't help me with these questions. It is a great dissapointment if you book a hotel for an intense work week where you are looking for a place with breakfast and work-out. Also there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bottles in the shower. I sadly can't recommend this place.

Nothing fancy about this place, but it's clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff. Good location; close to a subway station and bus routes. Several interesting restaurants nearby, and some shopping.

We took our trip to NYC in march of 2020. Michael the guy at the reception is the nicest guy! He is thaughtful, helpful and always friendly! He printed out maps with locations to visit gave good advice and even got us a bottle of wine for our engagement. Hotel is clean rooms are more than ok! Public transport is right around the corner( M or J). Breakfast was good (when Rosa was on duty). WiFi didn´t work in our room unfortunatly so we spent some more time in the lobby! But that was no issue because Michael was there ;-) He is also one of the main reasons why we would stay there again!!
