All of the rooms have been renovated and NO we didn't have anyone from the staff posting any reviews, the replies below come from satisfied paying customers. We hope a member or our staff was made aware of your discomfort with the different issues stated. All of the photos posted on the website are less than a month old, they are thru pictures of the hotel as of now. We certainly hope that this did not hinder you from fully enjoying yourselves while in Gatlinburg. It is our sincere hope that you may allow us another opportunity to better exceed your expectations.
